The right Oregon personal injury lawyer can make the difference between being financially devastated and being able to take care of your family's future.

Insurance companies do not give money away.

The only way to get fair compensation for your injuries is to force them to pay you.

The only thing that makes insurance companies pay is the threat of a big jury verdict.

If you want to get a fair amount, you need an Oregon personal injury lawyer who is not afraid to go to trial to get you what you deserve.

Many personal injury lawyers advertise themselves as being aggressive and fighting for their clients.

Ask them what their last trial was and ask them what their recent jury verdicts were.

If a personal injury lawyer doesn't actively file and try cases, keep on looking for a personal injury lawyer for your case who does, as you will rarely get a fair recovery amount with an attorney who is just working for a settlement.

Hiring a trial lawyer is the only way to make sure you get a fair amount for your personal injury case.

I file a lawsuit in most of my cases, as that is what gets insurance companies to pay, and if they don't make a fair enough offer you can take your case to a jury.

Unfortunately, the Oregon State Bar does not police lawyers to make sure that if you advertise yourself as an Oregon trial attorney that you really try cases.

Salem and Portland are a small towns and a smaller legal community. Insurance companies know who the Oregon personal injury attorneys are who are also trial attorneys.

Insurance companies tend to pay the clients of known Oregon trial attorneys better than clients of attorneys who tend to not go to trial.

Pursuing your personal injury case will not take a lot of your time.

I know your time is valuable and I won't waste it.

If you do have to go to court, it will take more time.

The vast majority of personal injury cases don't go to trial.

However, I treat each case as if it is going to be a trial, as you have to be willing to go to trial to maximize your settlement.
